In addition to the workflows themselves, I’ve included EVERYTHING I know about using Obsidian into this done-for-you vault. I’ve taken all of the material I teach in my Practical PKM cohort, added everything my wife & I teach in our LifeTheme cohort, connected it all together, and included it in this vault as linked text-based lessons.

There are over 50,000 words in these lesson files (basically a full-length non-fiction book!) that are linked together to help you fully understand the concepts. So whether you are new to Obsidian or a PKM pro, you’ll have all the support you need to know not just how to use these workflows but also why they work so well.

There are summaries of all the workflows inside of custom callouts if you need a refresher or just want to know how to get up and running as quickly as possible.

Here are some of the commonly asked questions you may have about whether LifeHQ is right for you. If you don’t see your question listed here, feel free to email me directly at mike@mikeschmitz.com.

  • LifeHQ is still in development and I keep adding new things to it, so it's hard to say for sure. Right now, I'm planning on selling the product for $297 with a launch price of $197. There will also be a special launch discount for those on the waitlist, so make sure to fill out the form if you want to get the lowest possible price.

  • Immediately after your purchase you'll get links to download both the full LifeHQ vault with all of the lessons and sample data as well as a blank version you can use to build your own PKM system off of.

    In the full version of the vault, you'll also how-tos with detailed screenshots that show you how to use each workflow as well as a full values-based productivity curriculum my own personal examples to help you connect everything back to your personal vision & values.

  • A lot of the workflows are actually pretty advanced, but since everything is pre-configured for you, you don't have to be an expert in order to start using them. And if you're an advanced user, you'll still benefit from the process of dialing in your PKM Stack & Creativity Flywheel frameworks, as well as the values-based productivity workflows that are built into LifeHQ.

  • I've written detailed how-tos for every one of the workflows included in LifeHQ. I provide links to all of the plugins required and explain how I've crafted all of the queries and code blocks. Once you have those added to your current Obsidian vault, you just need to copy the specific settings I've pre-configured for you from the LifeHQ vault.

  • While there's a lot of general productivity and creativity advice to be gleaned here, none of the workflows will work in other apps. Therefore, I don't recommend you buy LifeHQ if you don't use (or want to use) Obsidian as the hub of your PKM system.

  • Absolutely! The values-based productivity system that LifeHQ is built on can be used by anyone to create motivation to consistently take action on the things that are important and clarity to cut the things that aren't.

    That being said, I actually believe that everyone is creative and that a fundamental aspect of PKM is making something new out of the information that you capture, curate, cultivate, and connect. This product is designed to help you make sense of things so you can do more of what matters.
