Some Important Details
There are a couple of files available on the download page:
- A LifeHQ reference vault with demo data, book notes, tutorial videos, and instructional materials
- A blank LifeHQ vault you can use as the foundation for your Obsidian PKM system
Please download the full LifeHQ Reference vault and go through the onboarding first! The short onboarding checklist will walk you through some key concepts and introduce you to some LifeHQ basics. From there, you can explore the LifeHQ reference vault, but make sure to make any edits or changes separately in the blank LifeHQ vault.
